Sushi Challenge 2019
New tastes and skills were on the menu for a talented group of Year 7 and 8 students this week.
The group were shown how to make sushi like a pro; thanks to expert tutoring by Peter Handy, from the Tasmanian Hospitality Association. They discovered tips and different ingredients before making their own masterpieces. Every student produced a sushi roll of high quality.
Peter also praised the group for their enthusiasm and respectful behaviour.
