We had a great night again at this year’s Rock Challenge.  There was a happy collection of present and past students in the mosh pit and watching quietly in the shadows.  In the acoustic section, Rosella used every part of her brain playing keyboard, bass, drums rhythm and lead on the guitar, vocal melodies, layers of harmonies and looping bits and pieces for an extraordinary performance.  She even layered delay effects over her mature chatting in between songs about deep themes with strength and wit.

Rinzler then came out kicking in the rock band section with 2 punchy originals that they have worked very hard on.  Brock started things off on guitar blending his outstanding rock sensibilities with consistency and focus.  Liam and Po added the smooth and tight bass and rhythm sections for an outstanding set much enjoyed by the large crowd.  Well done and thanks to everyone involved!
